Your mistakes don't define who you are. It's what you do after you have made the mistakes that makes all the difference. 

We connect with young girls who are facing challenges in their lives, some who are already involved with the criminal justice system. Where the girls may view themselves as deficits, we encourage the girls to transform their views of themselves, their communities and their futures with strengths and possibilities. 

With support, young girls from all walks of life turn their mistakes into opportunities to grow and give back to their communities.

Girls comprise at least one-quarter of the youth in gangs.  Girls are more likely to join a gang because of perceived sense of safety and security that they cannot find at home. 

Our gang prevention is through targeted outreach.  We 

identify at-risk girls and reaches out to them through school and community-based organizations to proactively intervene before serious delinquency problems occur. 

Our approach is always strength focused, recognizing their natural leadership abilities to use in beneficial ways.   Our strength-based leadership development program focuses on building resilience, reduce risk and nurture community connections.

Our program focuses on life skills to help reduce the risk factors leading to gang membership and Juvenile crime. 

• Essential guidance for managing anger, conflict and abusive sexual behaviours.
• Developing and building positive self-esteem.
• Life skills necessary for avoiding violence and bad behaviour on the streets and at home.
• Developing important interpersonal skills, communication skills (verbal and non verbal)
