Inside Beauty's network of grassroots volunteers makes sure that all of our projects and programs can have as big and positive an impact as possible in the lives of those in at-risk situations. Our volunteers help us take things to the next level by offering fresh eyes and new ideas, and in doing so, make the growth of our organization possible.
Fundraising & Events
This role is a crucial position in our organization. This role is diverse and multifaceted, including planning, fundraising, soliciting. This position is great for any level of experience or ability and is flexible in time commitment.
Administrative Support
This role assists our staff in maintaining and developing the structures and systems upon which all of our programs and projects are built. It requires a detail-oriented person with good organizational skills that is able to commit time consistently.
Social Media Management
This role is a fundamental area of work for our organization. It is how we maintain and grow our public visibility, share our mission, recruit supporters and keep our audience updated and informed of our work.
Street Stroll & Parlour Outreach
Street Stroll: Much of our success relies on nurturing our relationships in the community. Our Street Outreach Team goes out into the community, to bring awareness to our program, encouraging hope, and providing small care packages.
Parlour Outreach: Our team meets women where they are at. We offer access to the resources of their choice to support their unique goals.

Land Acknowledgement
In the Spirit of reconciliation, respect, and truth we acknowledge that Inside Beauty Foundation is located on Treaty 7 territory, the ancestral and traditional territory of the Blackfoot Confederacy, comprised of the Siksika, Piikani, and Kainai First Nations, and the Tsuut'ina First Nation. This land is also home to the Otipemisiwak Metis Government, Nose Hill Metis District 5, and Elbow Metis District 6. We honour and acknowledge all who reside, work, play, and learn on Treaty 7 Territory.
