Female Role Models Inspire Girls To Think Bigger

Our foundation was created to serve as a support for girls who didn't believe in themselves, nor had a mentor to motivate them to thrive. Our mission is to help propel youth and young adults to change their narratives by becoming an example of successful outcomes when confidence meets talent. 

Inside Beauty Foundation partners with successful women in businesses and provide opportunities and exposure to future girl leaders. We are investing our expertise and resources into disadvantaged girls in order to give them hope, inspiration, and the confidence to be fearless.  This is why mentoring is important in young gils. With encouragement and positive role models, there is no limit to what young girls can achieve. 

Inside Beauty Foundation matches girls ages 8-18 with successful female business leaders.  Girls learn to value their whole selves, discover and develop their inherent strengths, and receive the support they need to navigate the challenges they face.

The purpose of mentorship is to:

1. Assist girls with building their confidence, achieving their goals and pursuing educational excellence.
2.  Present positive ways girls think about their self-confidence and self-worth.
3.  Provide girls with the tools they need to develop and nurture a healthy self- confidence.
4.  Assist girls with increasing their self-esteem.
5.  Help girls discover their unique talents and abilities.
6.  Inspire girls to be confident in all aspects of life
