IBF's program is a community outreach initiative designed to provide safe, effective, and free tattoo removal to those in need who were formerly incarcerated, gang members, survivors of human trafficking and those who wish to remove hate symbols or racist tattoos.
Old tattoos can be a painful reminder of a life left behind. By removing them we help women erase daily reminders of darker past days, leaving room for a brighter future and a better version of themselves. We want to empower women who’ve had the courage to change and help them feel confident in their new path.
We believe everyone deserves a second chance at a better life—our returning citizens, former gang members and survivors of human trafficking.
