IBF's program is a community outreach initiative designed to provide safe, effective, and free tattoo removal to those in need who were formerly incarcerated, gang members, branding from human trafficking, and those who wish to remove hate symbols or racist tattoos.
Old tattoos can be a painful reminder of the darker past days. We want to empower girls and women who’ve had the courage to change and help them feel confident in their new path.
